I am a starting entrepreneur and would like to lease, what are the options?
As a starting entrepreneur you are very welcome with us. Together with you, we look for a suitable solution, so that you can hit the road within a short period of time. We do not need annual reports: trust in our customers is of paramount importance to us.

What is short lease?
Short lease is a form of full operational lease, but for a shorter period. For example, maintenance, breakdown assistance and road tax are included in the agreement. You can already lease a car from 1 month, but you can of course also choose to conclude a contract for a longer period or extend the lease per month. So you have more flexibility without extra worries.

What is your process?
After submitting your quotation request, an adviser will contact you and discuss the possibilities with you. Once you have found the right car, a contract will be drawn up. The adviser asks for your driver's license and bank account number to keep the process going. As soon as you have signed the contract, the application will be processed and any missing information will be requested. As soon as we have received all the necessary information, we will process it and email the invoice for the deposit and the 1st monthly installment. You must pay this invoice before the due date. As soon as the payment is visible on our account, we will forward the request to the planning and we will contact you by telephone to set a date for collection or, of course, delivery to the desired location.

Which details do I have to provide?
To receive a quotation, we need your personal details so that we are able to contact you. This means that we at least need your name, telephone number and email address.

Can someone else drive my lease car?
At Shortleaseland you can add an extra driver to your contract. You pay €19 per month excl. VAT for this. We would also like to receive a copy of a valid driver's license of the extra driver(s), so that we can add them to your file.

Can I continue driving after the term of my contract has expired?
The agreed term in the contract is the minimum term. If you want to keep driving longer, that is of course possible.

Can I take over my lease car?
Do you want to take over your lease car? Then that is of course possible. As soon as your lease contract comes to an end, you can choose to take over your car. Please contact us if you are interested.

In general, the costs of electric charging are still many times lower than the costs of petrol or diesel. In addition, you also save considerably on maintenance costs due to fewer moving parts. Lower additional tax for business drivers
With an electric vehicle, you benefit from a lower additional tax rate if you also use your company car privately. This rate is 17% up to a catalogue value of €30,000 in 2025 and was 16% up to €30,000 in 2023 and 2024, 16% up to a catalogue value of €35,000 in 2022 and 12% up to €40,000 in 2021. The additional tax rate is determined when the car is registered and is then updated once a year with the rules applicable at that time.
