By signing your rental and/or lease contract you agree to the built-in GPS technology in your vehicle

All vehicles are equipped with a GPS system. This GPS system provides us with the following information: starting address, stopping address, dates, times, route driven, acceleration, deceleration, speed, and odometer readings. We use this data to assess and execute the rental and/or lease agreement. In addition, we can remotely disable the vehicle if you are not acting responsibly, if you are declared bankrupt or have been granted a moratorium, or if you are in arrears with your lease payments.
